Feminists Deliver met with the Honourable Maryam Monsef, Minister of International Development and Minister for Women and Gender Equality in a historic meeting in Vancouver on March 28, 2019. The first of its kind, the roundtable was held to discuss problems and solutions for some the most marginalized communities in British Columbia.

Feminists Deliver is a grassroots collaboration of British Columbia-based women and women-led organizations that have come together, on account of the 2019 Women Deliver Conference taking place in Vancouver, to shed light on the urgent issues facing marginalized communities in BC and the grassroots struggles leading the way for transformative change. Additionally, build transnational connections between grassroots feminist movements and re-envision the global women’s agenda as one that centers a diversity of grassroots feminist voices. Feminists Deliver will also host a companion conference and tradeshow to Women Deliver June 3-6, 2019.

Feminists Deliver’s approach is intersectional, anti-oppressive, and decolonial.

Membership of Feminists Deliver is diverse and inclusive of all people that experience marginalization on the basis of gender.
